1. About Questy

Questy is an online platform through which users may purchase digital gaming products and access account and reward functionality.

Products may include:

• Game activation keys and digital game codes
• Gift cards
• Downloadable or redeemable digital gaming products
• Other gaming-related digital products

Availability may depend on platform, publisher, country, region, edition, and other restrictions.

2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Protecting account credentials and their email account
• Protecting linked authentication accounts
• Reporting suspected unauthorized account access

Questy supports external authentication providers including Google, Facebook / Meta, and Discord. Using an external provider does not transfer ownership or control of the Questy account to that provider.

3. Orders

Before purchasing, users are responsible for reviewing the product, edition, platform, region, activation requirements, compatibility, price, and quantity.

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that it has been finally accepted. Questy may perform payment verification, fraud checks, security checks, and availability checks before approving or delivering an order.

4. Digital Product Delivery

Digital products may be delivered through a Questy account, a Questy order page, email, or another delivery method displayed during checkout. Delivery may occur only after payment and order verification.

Users are responsible for providing accurate account and contact information.

5. Platform and Regional Compatibility

Some products may work only on specific platforms, in specific regions or countries, through specific publisher accounts, or with particular hardware or software. Users must review product compatibility and regional restrictions before purchasing.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on Questy and may change before an order is completed. After an order has been accepted, the confirmed purchase price normally applies, subject to obvious pricing errors, fraud, payment failure, or other circumstances permitted by law.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

7. Digital Codes and Activation Keys

Users must keep delivered digital codes confidential and are responsible for preventing unauthorized access to them. Questy may investigate activation problems and request reasonable information needed to verify an issue.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the digital product, whether it has been delivered, whether a code has been revealed or redeemed, the circumstances of the order, and applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Questy Rewards, XP, Levels and Loot Chests

Questy may provide account, reward, and promotional features including XP, account levels, permanent or promotional discounts, rewards, loot chests, wallet credits, quests, referral rewards, and promotional benefits.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, these features:

• Have no direct cash-redemption value
• May not be transferable or sold
• May be subject to eligibility rules
• May be modified where reasonably necessary to maintain the integrity of Questy's systems

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Use Questy unlawfully or commit payment or chargeback fraud
• Attempt to access another user's account, bypass security systems, or exploit vulnerabilities
• Manipulate XP, rewards, referrals, or loot chests
• Create fraudulent accounts or abuse promotions
• Interfere with Questy's infrastructure
• Use unauthorized automation to abuse Questy services

11. Account Restriction or Suspension

Questy may restrict or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary because of fraud, account compromise, security threats, serious Terms violations, abuse, or legal requirements.

Users may contact support@questy.tn regarding an account restriction.

12. Intellectual Property

Questy's branding, website materials, software, original artwork, and related content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party game names, game artwork, publisher trademarks, platform logos, and product trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. The appearance of a third-party trademark on Questy does not automatically imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement.

13. Service Availability

Questy aims to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may result from maintenance, infrastructure failures, third-party outages, security incidents, network failures, or circumstances outside Questy's reasonable control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Questy's liability may be limited for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

15. Changes to the Terms

Questy may update these Terms because of changes to services, features, business operations, applicable law, payment systems, or security requirements. The current version will be published at https://questy.tn/terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to applicable laws and mandatory consumer protection rules. Additional information regarding Questy's operating legal entity and governing jurisdiction may be provided as required.
