Account & Data Deletion

1. How to Request Deletion

Email support@questy.tn with the subject Account Deletion Request.

1. Send the request from the email address associated with your Questy account.
2. State clearly that you want your Questy account and associated personal data deleted.
3. Respond to any reasonable identity or account-ownership verification requested by Questy.

2. What Will Be Deleted

Following a valid deletion request, Questy may delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account where legally permitted. This may include:

• Account profile information
• Linked social-authentication identifiers
• Profile-picture references and account preferences
• Quest progress, XP, and level information
• Loot chest and reward information
• Referral information
• Other account-specific personal information

Transactional records may not always be erased immediately where retention is legally or operationally required.

3. Information Questy May Need to Retain

Some information may need to be retained where legally necessary for financial or tax records, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, dispute resolution, security, or other legal and regulatory obligations.

Where possible, retained information will no longer be used for ordinary account functionality after deletion.

4. Facebook / Meta Login Data

If you created or accessed Questy using Facebook Login, requesting deletion of your Questy account also requests deletion of personal data associated with the Facebook authentication connection, subject to information Questy must retain for legal reasons.

Use the same process above for Facebook / Meta-related deletion requests: email support@questy.tn from the email address associated with your Questy account.

Removing Questy from Facebook does not, by itself, submit a request to delete your Questy account.

5. Google and Discord Login Data

The same account-deletion process applies to personal information associated with supported login providers such as Google and Discord. A valid account-deletion request includes personal data associated with those authentication connections, subject to legally required retention.

6. Processing of Requests

Questy may need to verify the identity or account ownership of the requester before processing deletion. We will process valid deletion requests within the period required by applicable law.
